Because I’m not here to put you on a plan, and I’m not going to ask you to count calories or macros. We’re going to talk about food, not numbers. (Kind of crazy that that’s atypical, right?)
I also call myself a Kitchen Coach, because much of what I do is aimed at helping you minimize stress around food preparation, while maximizing your time in the kitchen.
I’m here to help you eat well and feel good. We’re probably going to talk about self-love at some point too. Sorry. People are awfully mean to themselves about food. I’d like to help you be nicer to yourself.

Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching Services
Nutrition Habits Strategy Session: FREE
This is the first step for any of my coaching services. We hop on a call for 30 minutes to get an idea for what you need and what I have to offer. If it seems like a fit, we get started!
Personalized Recipe Bundle
Okay so you’re trying to eat more plants, you want to “eat healthier” but what does that mean and how do you do it? Put theory into practice with your very own, customized recipe bundle.
Service Details
When you sign up for this program, I’ll send you an intake form to ask you about your needs, preferences, goals and struggles. You’ll also complete a 3-5 day food and training log.
Next, we’ll meet for a 40 minute consultation to talk through your goals, needs, preferences and struggles. Based on these three tools, I will work up a customized bundle of 21 recipes that are designed to meet your unique needs. Allergies, sensitivities, preferences and even time constraints will be taken into careful consideration.
We’ll then have a 30 minute debrief to take a look at the recipes together. At this time I’ll walk you through a digital meal-planning tool + grocery list that you can chose to use if you like.
Finally, we’ll follow up to see how things are going and make adjustments as necessary.

6 Week Kick Start
This program is for when you’re READY to make a change but you need some SUPPORT to make it happen!
Intake and Assessment
- Extensive questionnaire to explore your goals, and identify priority areas of focus; what habits can we start building now to get you to those goals?
- 3-5 days of food/habit tracking to identify a baseline.
Strategizing
Once we’ve identified what your goals are, and what your current habits are, we’ll build an action plan.
Support
You’re going to be hearing from me A LOT during this program. We’ll chat for 30 minutes each week to keep you moving towards your goals. You’ll also receive unlimited text and email support from me for the duration of the program.
Investment: $250
Continued coaching after the 6 weeks, if desired, is $100 billed monthly.
In Home Prep Session, Montreal Only
Book an in-home prep session to build your skills in the kitchen! We’ll take a look at your pantry, you cupboards, your freezer, your fridge. We’ll build your capacity to freestyle with what you have on hand. This package includes the following:
- Intake and Assessment to determine your needs
- Planning and strategizing session via zoom or phone
- 3 hour minimum in-home session.
Investment: $200 (+ $50/hour if we go beyond 3 hours)
