Registration for the Plant-Powered Meal Prep Academy, September 2022, is not yet open.
“Lacey has created a course that is engaging, informative, and completely approachable. The resources are fantastic, the videos personable, and the online sessions inclusive and fun. I am leaving this course with much more clarity regarding a vegan lifestyle, and how I can change my daily and weekly habits to include much more nutrition and healthy food satisfaction!” – Mary Miller
If you’re convinced that having delicious, home-made food in the fridge would make your life better, but you haven’t yet nailed your meal planning and prepping skills, the Plant-Powered Meal Prep Academy is for you!
The Plant-Powered Meal Prep Academy is a small-group training program that will roll out over a period of 6 weeks. It has 3 main objectives. Let’s take a look!
1. Support you in building and developing your meal planning and preparation skills.
Throughout the course of six weeks, you’re going to build a habit around planning your meals. As a result, you’re going to get better at shopping efficiently. Finally, you’re going to learn to stock your fridge, freezer and pantry in a way that works for you. How would you like to work more efficiently in your kitchen?
Do you share meals with people in your home who can complete simple kitchen tasks? This program can help you to delegate tasks and invite family members into the process, so that everyone can play a part in putting food on the table.
2. Provide a practical education on the fundamentals of vegan nutrition.
What foods should we be eating on a regular basis if we wan’t to give ourselves the best chance of being in great health?
If I’m eating a plant-based diet, is there anything special I need to consider to make sure my nutritional bases are covered?
Each week we’ll cover a specific category of foods that scientific study has shown to be beneficial to human health. You’ll receive ideas about how to prepare and enjoy the foods we talk about, as well as recipes and shopping tips.
3. Facilitate connection between the participants.
Everyone involved in this group will be bringing their own unique insights and skills, their own tips and tricks. We all come with stories of success and blunders. By providing a forum in which participants can interact with each other, we’ll all be able to benefit from the collective experience of the group.
We’ll be there to pat you on the back when you do something you’re proud of, or encourage you to keep moving forward if you have a crappy week.
Also, it just feels good to connect with other people who are doing what your’e doing! My hope is that by the end of the program, everyone will walk away with a new friendship or two.
“Lacey demystified meal-prep for me. I am now more confident, less anxious and happier in the kitchen, because I know a bit of work in advance will make great food for the whole family everyday of the week! Plus her knowledge of food, her immense recipe catalog, and her enthusiasm for helping others are all so awesome. It’s worth it. More than that!” – Benoit Gauthier
