This is just a little something different to do with Hot Creamy Kale Dip. I used prepared flat bread to make a quick snack, but you could also get fancy and put it on home-made pizza crust. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1 Batch Hot Creamy Kale Dip – unbaked
4 -5 flat breads
2 cups artichoke hearts – drained and chopped
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spread desired amount of kale dip on prepared flat breads. Top with artichoke hearts and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake until hot and crispy – about 12 minutes.
- Serves 4-8 as an appetizer. Makes a light lunch for 4 if served with a salad.
